I was sitting here thinking about Conway’s this last seasons and how I thought it compared to prior seasons. While it’s hard to compare this one to last, due to the lack of snowfall, I definitely think a couple of things could have been a little better. Mainly in the jib section. By no means am I complaining. However, I do think I have some constructive criticism and ideas for what could make it just a little bit better. Please speak up. I’d like to hear what you guys have to say.

Peep the teaser from the homie Matt Guess. Dudes been KILLING it all season. Nothing new there. From the day I met him while hiking a jump in the summer 8 or 9 years ago till now one thing has never changed. Matt is NEVER scared to send it!
Here’s an example…

Sunday, May 16th 2010 marked the end of the lower parks at Timberline. With the yearly death of Paintbrush and Conway’s comes the birth of Otto Lang. While no where near as fun (in my opinion) as the lower parks, Otto Lang still has a TON of super fun options, first and foremost being the spring superpipe. Timberline’s lack of steepness on the lower mountain makes it impossible to build and maintain a superpipe in the winter so the spring pipe is always a welcome feature.
So for now, say goodbye to Paintbrush and Conway’s and hello to Otto Lang…Stay tuned for a full report as soon as the weather clears.
Check out some more photos from closing day HERE.

This last week went off in the parks. The skiers from New Schoolers came into town in full force to shred. The parks got a bit of a facelift and they even built up a HUGE jump for them to session. Here are the photos from the homie Drew at DSImagery.com.
