Report: New Features In Conway’s
Check out these photos of some of the new features in Conway’s. Amazing job Soldiers. I hear once the vacation is over, they are going to go buckwild! I can’t wait to see what they come up with. I hope they steepen up the landings after the poll jam and the up box. Other than that, the jib section was DIALED! Now if we could just keep getting snow so they can bust out the Conway’s Quad Pack.

Im truly impressed , but man MEADOWS still got more features, and the creativity is way up, that timberline park looks the same as always, hope the none street approaches ya’ll have is stokin you, come to meadows and check you tell me. Looks like a bunch of new guys shapin, anyway glad they have what they have, stoked!!!!!

You wanna know why all Meadows shit is new? Because they have been sucking so hard the last few years that anything they do is new. Because they didnt have anything before. I look at the photos of Meadows shit and I still see rails from 8 years ago. Sure they are stepping it up. But since they’ve been on the bottom for so many years, the only place they have to step is up. Meadows will NEVER have a park that flows as well as either of Timberline’s parks. Unless they completely build a top to bottom new run by cutting down a shit ton of trees and we know that will never happen. All their runs intersect so there is no way for a top to bottom park run. You hit a couple features then have to ride the 2/3rds of the run thats left. Using up all your energy.
You gotta remember man, I’ve been around here for over a DECADE! and MOST of that time was spent riding Meadows. So I know what kind of terrain meadows has to offer in the way of parks. No amount of “creative features” can make up for their lack of a long top to bottom run. And if you rode Timberline at all you would know, there are 3 count em 3 street style rail features. As if that were what makes a park fun.
I appreciate you discussing shit on here but it really seems like you’re missing the point of this site. It’s not to pit Meadows vs Timberline. I don’t care who is better. I love the FLOW of Timberlines parks. I love the people that ride there. If the people that ride Timberline love it, even if they never changed anything in the park, why would you feel its appropriate to come on here and say the shit you’re saying?
You may hate Timberline. But I like the management people I’ve been working with. We are doing things at Timberline that my friends and I tried FOR YEARS to get meadows to do. They see Timberline killing it the last few years and NOW THEY WANT TO PLAY. Which one is the truly innovative spot? The one that breaks down the barriers or the one that jumps on the band wagon?
I’ll get you started up on the Meadows Blog and you can showcase their shit till you’re blue in the face. Then people can make up their own mind which park they like better.
Getting these resorts to build better and better shit, THAT’S the goal of this site.

Come check Park Place ,4 pack with strong rail, gap ta box, , triple line slopestyle in city, forest park coming soon, 2 pipes, 4parks total, and natural terrain park all over the mountain , I think Timberline park looks great, its just I been working in Timberlines parks 2winters, 5springs, 6summers, all that stuff, our stuff (as in the old crew), we made it what it is today, (thanks to J.Miller, Josh .Z, Wes, Korby, Rob Love, J. Goggin, Alex Hereford, and many others) all the ideas used have been given by us , and used for there own, to many examples to type, but just ask me anytime, where and how those ideas came about, the reason I say it looks the same is, because if what happened to use didn’t happen it would only be better with new ideas we all have and still have, so now a lot of our efforts go torward getting Meadows back to were it was just a few years ago, Madd respect to all shreders at Timberline, and all of Mt. Hood. We Just feel disrespected, and would love to be part of all these ideas we came up with, and now used, it just sucks!!!!!!!! O yea next weekend Meadows Burton AM Slopestyle & pipe 7th-10th!!!!!! HOLLA!!!!!!!!!

I really felt for you when it went down. But at this point you seriously have jumped the shark with that shit and now you’re just using MY blog to vent your frustration. NO MORE! I even set you up with your own avenue to showcase Meadows shit and how many posts have you done? Goose egg. Zero. Zip Zilch. If you want to show people how “dope” meadows is, then show them. Stop coming on here talking about how Timberline is the DEVIL. That shit is tired.
As far as you guys coming up with all the shit at Timberline… Next you’re going to tell me you’re the ones that invented setting up a rail and sliding it. What you guys did at Timberline is what park crews have been doing for YEARS! Sure Joey and all the homies might have helped Timberline open their eyes to the need for a really good park. But you didn’t come up with anything new. So please. PLEASE stop with the sob story about being disrespected. Everyone knows the story already. Let’s just focus on getting these resorts to make the dopest shit possible for all of us to RIP it.

What is the address is the meadows blog? Argue all you want but competition is what pushes creativity and in the end allows us to put our best foot forward. I have my favorites but I do like variety and do like checking out other mountains. The vibe is always different and that makes it exciting and fun. Don’t hate on each other, use that energy to turn the Hood into a mecca because truth be told none of the resorts here are on a national Level. Its all very average compared to other resorts across the country and worldwide. Quit you bantering and make shit dope, compete to push the whole freestyle world to a next level.
I agree 100% Jasper. I don’t mind comparing resorts parks. It’s when people bring up the politics of working at these places that have no business on this blog. I want these resorts fighting for the #1 parks because it benefits us riders. I just don’t want to hear about how one place sucks because they fired someone or whatever drama.
You’re right though. Mt Hood does not have world class parks yet. I’ve riden A LOT of places around the country and we definitely have a long way to go before that happens. But I started this to try to help push these resorts in that direction. And I think it’s working…

It does seem to be working, Super pumped with all the new features that keep showing up at T-line.
Yeah I’m totally stoked with Timberline this year, got a Meadows pass this year and I fell in love with back country,
Heather Canyon, Private reserve, just about all I did, but now having a fusion pass, I really want to progress my park cause Timberline just has an absolutely amazing one, not hating on meadows, but I think they are just both good resorts for different reasons! Anyways I’m so thankful for what the park crew has been doing so far and also for the updates and really looking forward to a good season, oh and pray for snow!
